PASSENGER FOCUS COMMENT ON NETWORK RAIL’S VISION FOR GREAT WESTERN RAILWAY

Passenger Focus interviewed around 1500 passengers in the south west to make certain passenger views were central to long-term plans for the region’s railway.

Mike Greedy, Passenger Focus manager in the South West, said: “Passengers tell us that their future priorities include better punctuality, less overcrowding, later-evening trains, better connections and journey-time improvements.
